Who we are
CallynixAi is a small independent team building apps, websites, and AI-powered automation for businesses. We are not currently a registered company — engagements are undertaken directly by the individuals on our team.
Our services
We offer custom app development, website development, and AI-powered automation and tooling, scoped and agreed with each client individually before work begins.
Payment
Payment terms — including any upfront deposit, milestone payments, and final delivery payment — are agreed with each client before a project starts and set out in that project's own agreement or invoice. Revisions and scope changes beyond what was agreed may incur additional cost, communicated in advance.
Ownership
Once a project is paid for in full, ownership of the delivered work (code, designs, and other project deliverables) transfers to the client. Until then, all work remains the property of CallynixAi.
Limitation of liability
We build things carefully, but we can't guarantee a specific business outcome (traffic, sales, rankings). To the extent permitted by law, CallynixAi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of a delivered product or this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
